DALL-E is a neural network-based artificial intelligence program developed by OpenAI.  DALL-E is designed to generate images from textual descriptions. It can create original images of objects, scenes, and creatures that do not exist in real life, based on a textual prompt provided by a user. DALL-E is trained on a large dataset of images and text, and it uses a combination of deep learning and generative modeling techniques to produce its images.
